No. It is typically due to lag. A common example: lag causes you to spawn in the sky and The Watcher kicks you for error code #121, which is "attempted flying" or something to that extent. The error codes that will ban you are #171, possibly #173, #191, and #193 (pretty sure, there is a thread...

This happened to me the ONE time I was murderer. It has been reported before, and I'm sure it's being worked on. Edit: now I have been murderer 11 times xD. I only lost my sword that one time, so it seems to be random.
