There should be a rule wall in each server, I've played on many servers (none as good as broken lens) and one had a rule wall that was near the spawn area and it displayed an ourly broadcast message that said "please refer to rule wall to prevent breaking them. Thank you for playing _______"

That sucks. I think its fair for ranks to have better kits because we did have to pay, making it balanced with people with no ranks is kind of unfair but...I guess its not my decision.
