You should be fine to log in, that bar at the bottom means to register the account, you simply are logging in doing it without that bar.

No, not hack dupes, but dupes using the purple dye, and moving the items to a different slot than where they originated from and then selecting the item in inventory. (aka mounts, player effects, staff effects, pets, etc.) This glitch/bug really doesn't harm anything at all, I just thought...
