I disagree, the Youtube rank is good enough, there are previous threads about media ranks although almost everyone disagree, probably this too. It's because people just want "free" ranks, so it's better if we just have the Youtube rank rather than this.

The server is laggy so no wonder why, it's either the players have a good wifi or have a pc to play on- I do agree with this, but vertx is quite busy and he might not be able to make this quickly.

I'm not quite sure if this is a bug but it actually isn't, it's more likely a minecraft bug since it does happen to me a lot of times although it happens to be a 1.16+ this is probably a cost of unloaded chunks, and maybe if your phone is bad that it couldn't handle the lag.
