It's looks pretty good. But try to avoid making the same trees and things. It also looks bland, maybe mixing some soul sand or netherracks to the downer part of the island, make something creative and more detail like handmade pumpkin, skull, bats etc. And the middle maybe something more unique...

Most of them like the old hotel map. Because it made the horror atmosphere, which mean very fit with murder mystery. The new hotel map doesn't give that feeling, it feel scramped and a little overdetailed. My suggestion is just add more spaces like higher the floor up, remove some unneeded...

I think it's great. Nice details. But like Nicole said it should be a tad bigger because the maximum is 24 players. Adding a floor maybe?
