F5 mode ADDON
You can't get a toggle perspective addon because its not a thing Mojang lets addon creaters do. The only way to get a button on your screen that lets you change perspective is by hacking. It's a feature in some hacked clients. EDIT: and no I'm not saying to use this xD -
