    130ms is laggy- 70-90ms is OK 60 and lower works fine. The higher the ping, the laggier your game is going to be. I'm pretty sure@Dominicshortbow is telling the truth because it happens to me too ( a lot actually, hehe).

    Yeah, I think he needs to update Minecraft if he hasn't already. This sometimes happens to me whenever my Wi-Fi is really bad. It takes a while for the skin to load. Restarting your device is another method. :)
