Yeah but it will take more time do cover everything which is enough to destroy the mob. Plus you can get the mob above to destroy the mob if this was added which is harder to block with obsidian.

I'd say it should be 25 blocks from ground level is the height limit. I agree. Projectile campers are annoying. Also this may stop fishing rod campers from being able to kick people.

I mean you need archer kit which gives no food or armor to the users at game's start to use the bow unless you want to camp for 5 minutes mining the material you need for a few arrows. AKA: Bows are good but the only way to use them well is with archer kit which gives heavy disadvantages.

It does help balance the different versions on bedrock so that might be a reason. Also the hunger system sucks so they needed something different.
