    If you're asking to be a part of staff, Vertx doesn't accept applications. To receive a rank, you have to report hackers/bugs frequently, stay active on both forums and servers, and be helpful. ^-^

    I'm pretty sure it's due to the new update, hopefully @vertx fixes this soon, to reduce hackers. Also, BrokenLens installed The Watcher ( An Anti-Hack System ), but, it's not working very well. ( From what I've heard ). For now, players will just have to use /report in-game, or make a hack...

    You can't expect all the bugs to be fixed immediately. Staff ( Such as @Flowingmedia and @vertx ) are probably very busy managing other things, so, as Razzle said, you'll just have to be patient ^-^
