Ive seen so many people tagging staff to hack reports and ban appeals so many times it doesnt bother me anymore. I just think of them as just tryharding to be a staff : p Maybe thats why they added a staff application form..

They're only useful when theres a ban appeal that wasnt answered 3 days or more. Most of them just keep tagging the staff even when it was posted 5 seconds ago...

I'm pretty sure that you don't even have to tag the staff, since they are always watching the section. These people are only useful when they missed a ban appeal that was posted 2 days or more.
