So Idk how this happened....I was playing TSW and when I went to mid there was ice everywhere.....is that the perk of frozone kit? I tried using it but idk how to activate ice powers...

I am unable to join my friend via Xbox Live.When I try to,it will load for a while and say unable to connect to world.Is this because we live in different countries?
