He can enter in my account anytime anywhere don't u get it how serious this means to me?

Why should I be sure that he won't do this to me ever again even though he have a temp ban or perm ban it is till not Ip ban!

He kept saying he was I and he fooled my friends and since he was in I can't get in (only one username per time)

I am just scared that's all :,(
