If i understand you correctly, yeah, the network unban will keep your second account on your second phone banned [The one that hacked] but it is technically possible for you to make a 3rd account on your 2nd phone to play... But i'm not sure if the admins can do a device ban... @DarkRainbows...

Admins can't do anything about watcher bans if they're not permanent. Wait your time out Also spamming won't help, its just a 30 day ban if it's a temp ban
