to many of us, he is nothing more than an enigmatic myth. it's a sad reality and it's even more heartbreaking when you realise that that's all he can ever be.
but i think that's one of the reasons why ian's story is so intriguing to us all, because we are always longing to know more about him than we will ever be able to. all we have are two albums, a couple of audio interviews, and those famous, haunting, black and white pictures.

i know that telling suicidal people to stay alive because their loved ones will miss them can often be perceived as awful. because it is - to only be alive because those around you will be distraught if you died... that's a sad existence. it's why you HAVE to create more than that for yourself.
you think you don't matter, but are you really thinking about the impact your death will have? i mean, are you really? or are you choosing to graze over it because indulging in those thoughts will make you feel an overwhelming feeling of guilt.
