Well, the problem is, mods might forgotten about the reason why he got banned.

It seems suspicious that he got banned 6 months ago but why he didn't create a ban appeal earlier so mods can say why he got banned because it might been forgotten ._.

Or you could do /chat to disable or enable chat instead of muting/tempbanning roleplayers. But now, role-playing is not against the rule anymore so people can now roleplay in this server ._.

He is still mod. Maybe they forgot to give him the mod tag in forums.
