I didn't get it clear in the first place, i thought he was being a bit sarcastic towards Strel, because Strel reported him. But, I take a look and read it 6 times just to understand things clearer and I finally realize he is asking for apology. Sorry, my bad.

You could honestly say it on a nice way than saying it on a rude way, you are making your situation as of now really hard for you. You are acting that you are the one who commited the violation, you are acting guilty from what I see towards you. If you have been banned, just for a single report...

They can simply not accept or deny any application if they are not recruiting Helpers on that day. If you mean demoting Helpers to a normal player if they are inactive in this server, I would say no. Staffs have said that they don’t demote staff when they are inactive unless they did something...
