    I do, I went to my email to get the code and went back to the app and the sign in part wasn't there and it signs me in as an account until I fully close minecraft.

    Not an email code, if you create an account using email it will ask to type in the code they sent to your email.

    I was making my account when it had told me to type the code for my email so I went to the internet on the same device for the code and I came back and minecraft thinks I have an Xbox account unless I close the app fully...
