There is the Mystic box, you can use your gems to activate the exp booster. Also, you can find the Mystic box in the lobbies of most of the games :) -

When will new maps be added?
I don't know if there's a specific time of the coming out maps, I think whenever the maps are ready to play on, they'll be added. -
