How will I know when the applications open again? And, by “whole map” I mean such as every four corners of the whole game area that the players will be playing in. If that makes sense.

A player named Nor_7474 is fly hacking in Tsw Hub. She also came in with another account after this picture was taken using fly hacks. This is the only evidence I have. I hope this is enough :)
