Because of your push, I exchanged emails with a help service, forced myself to show those emails to my mum who then alerted my teachers at school (who looked out for me so much during sixth form) and found me someone to talk to. That change started with you so thank you.

I didn’t think my problems were worth anyone’s concern (cuz y’know, no one ever really cared if they saw me in pain at school) and what I wanted was someone to recognise that how I was living wasn’t okay and you provided that.
