I'm sorry. I can't give any information on when maps are coming out (it's a surprise :0). I'm not too sure about creating a new lobby, though. I believe that you will have to ask Woona about that.

I don't have an Andriod ;-; But... I can assume you would download a file manager similar to Documents by Readdle where you can unzip files, compress and rename the files.

I believe you would use your phone or tablet's USB cord to connect the two together. There should be a USB hole in every computer I believe.
