Warning points on a rank is simply stops you to claim the YT rank, it doesn’t affect the user towards the warning point. Once, the user is eligible to claim it then it is fine. -

Hi, if you ever did ‘/youtube’ on the server. The possibility you aren’t able to claim it is it because that you have already maximized the 3 warning point which doesn’t allow you to claim the rank. Second, is you might given a wrong information that’s why it also don’t allow you to claim it... -
