i wont spoil the original thrawn novels but thrawn's hechman kinda gets some nice character development that's actually crucial to the plot so

the only thing is that this would look much more akin to a andor-esque political/military thriller and have little to do with the force, so we could have an actual vader replacement show up as muscle for thrawn and pit them against ben or even luke, and perhaps even have some character...
