eh with it being out of the barriers it might be exploiting... its up for the staff to decide lol

same and yeah it is hard to get up there the hint is when you jump make sure you are as close to the barriers as you can then try to turn to it. but if it is exploiting then i wouldn't recommend it at all

you can get on the fence but I think your not suppose to. I've seen players jump from the top of the stairs to the fence below on the side (even I did it before to see on the map floor:oops:) There is a little space between the barriers above the fence.
