This is not against the rules and works as intended. You can do the exact same thing with controllers on any platform by holding the jump key. We won't ban players for using the controls available on their platforms.

You could have used one of the commands that teleport you to the lobby or simply close your Minecraft and reconnect to the server. You didn't seem to be willing to leave the match in which you got glitched, and this is glitch exploiting.
