No, particles won't affect the server performance... ... But affect the mcpe performance on player's devices... Particles are processed client-side, and when there is so many particles spawning in front of a player, if his device isn't powerful enough, he will lag and eventually crash... This...

Settings > Language and input > AOSP (or Google) keyboard > Appearance and Layout Try switching to french layout, english, whatever, see if fixes it... And go up on Text Correction and disable suggestions...

I don't understand how this map is able to hide the mcpe gui... Servers have absolutelly no control about mcpe settings... It never happened to me, and for any tester of this map... Probably it's a mcpe side bug. Two things, what devices are you guys using, and what exactly happens before you...

It's not "back to 14.0", now it works for all the 0.14.x versions... Who want's to play on 14.0 / 14.1 can, and who want to play on 14.2, can as well... The issue is that 60% of our player base still playing on the old mcpe version, because the newest is the worst version even relased...
