CPU is core processing Unit i think but your cpu is at 1.8Ghz and 1.6GHz higher the GHz the mc will less laggy and yes downgrading to old version boost your fps sky high mc lag since aquatic update so try downgrading to 1.2 or 1.8

its all because of your CPU i had a phone with the same amount of ram and no lag with 128x pack with 16 chunks render distance. the solution is try some older mcpe version like 1.2.10.2 or 1.8
