Maybe a way to counteract that and to balance the game for the murd/murds is to have it so that if it goes maybe 5 or so minutes and the murd/murds haven't killed anyone there can be a vote to end the game early?

Tbh 2 day ban isn't that unreasonable. I think farming wins is an overall unfair way to level up so I think it's justified.
