Well, 1) You spammed appeals about 6 months ago. 2) People banned by the watcher are barely EVER unbanned. 3) Watcher bans when it's 100% sure you are hacking.

This user is saying it's their brother, in all respect it's a common excuse to use, to blame it on brothers/sisters, to be honest it is quite hard to believe in a numerous amount of ways, as there I see a chance it could be them that hacked.

They can just redownload the app though.
