Anyone hates it when you try to post something and it tells you to wait for 1 second?

@edwjusti is @vertx friend and a web designer so I don't think he actually counts because first, he probably helped vertx create the forums and secondly, he is vertx's friend and vertx probably made him admin when he just came in. I'm not sure cause I'm not here for that long. We need more...
