What Minecraft version are you using?

Those are stained glasses. And you're on mcpe v1.1. They just render as normal glass panes/blocks on 1.1 because of Minecraft's lack of support to stained glasses on that version. So it's not really a server bug.

What kind of lag are you talking about, cause it's really not lagging as far as I can tell.
