This new update cause a lot of players to restart their accounts because they didn't buy the game or they didn't have an xbox live account and lost all their stuff in the server. I have heard some will not come back because of this problem, but in the future after everyone has a xbox live...

xXphoenixXx is right put this in the bugs report. They already know about this bug last night after the update they are trying to fix it as fast as they can and all the other bugs in the game that has malfunction after the update. Please be patient.
