He can't ban you, don't worry, our ban system work on way that is totally impossible to someone simply ban you... BTW, we found the security hole that allow this guy to kick people, and it's going to be fixed on the next update, thanks for reporting!

There's no "copyright" on minecraft maps, we just don't want, and don't will use maps that another server made and are running with, maps made by anyone else, are fine if it's ok for the guy who made the map ... But anyway, new oitc maps are coming, and probably your bo3 map will be added...
