Trusted peers and adults or that little nagging voice in the back of your mind giving all the reasons- OK I SHUDNT ASSUME HAHA just talk to someone here if you arnt comfortable with anyone in real life
1.A friend
2.Youre parents or siblings
3.Other family members
4.Ayone else you know and who you can trust,irl,internet or whatever.
5.A psychologist if its really that bad?
Its just important to talk to anyone who you can trust.
I'm so sorry that this is kid of late but if there are social workers at schools you could try talking to them . I was feeling depressed and I talked to them and they made me feel better
