Blue's told me that theory before, about Dumbly making Fawkes into a horcrux. I'm not sure I like it... nothing to do with, "oh Dumbledres so great, he would never make a horcrux, that's Dark, blah blah blah." It's that if Ariana is supposed to be the death that made the horcrux, it could never have worked, since Dumbledore feels deep remorse for her death, whether it was his spell that did it or not

I hadn't actually known about Rowling's own feelings on the pairing, but I don't like Harmione or Romione. I shipped Harmione so hard the first few times I read the books, but then I began to realise that I was just kind of shipping them because they were the main male and female characters.
