As much as I don't want to interrupt, (DON'T SAY "THEN DON'T" XD) I think you two really need to stop arguing with each other. I mean, what's the positive outcome? The fact that you're going to have one more enemy? Or is arguing just fun? (... ok, I have to admit, friendly arguing is fun ._. XD Just not tearing each other's throats out kind of argument)

It'll work much better if you two just ignore each other. The ignore button is there for a reason XD
And then maybe try to solve it out once you have cooled down? It's just my suggestion
Also, bringing up past mistakes and the whole “you just want to be staff” aren’t super good arguement points, just saying XD
