Asking them to stop spamming and tagging staff in no way should accumulate warning points. If it does, this warning points system is pretty bad.

My messages aren't irrelevant, and have meaning to them. I also tag staff in them as well, giving it even more meaning.

Yeah, but if one does it, nobody else does in the thread. So it is not spam. I only do it when someone continues to make duplicate threads, and might not know that they're not supposed to. I don't see anything spammy or wrong with that.
