I think I've heard of that theory before... not much though. It's a cool theory, but I don't think it works; living beings aren't meant to be horcruxes, and Harry only became one because Voldemort's soul was already so damaged. I'm not sure if it's even possible normally.

Voldemort hadn't intended to create a Horcrux when he killed Harry. But he'd already split his soul so many times that murdering made it split again, involuntarily, and yes, it just latched onto Harry. And there, you've made my point: if Harry had been an intended Horcrux - if Voldemort's soul wasn't so fragile - could a living being have become a Horcrux? I'm not sure.

Yes, he also made Nagini a Horcrux, so there's that argument; but again, could it have worked if he hadn't split his soul so many times?
Anyway, I'm not saying it's a bad theory, I'm just not sure if a living Horcrux can be made just like that. Maybe.
Also I'm suddenly very curious as to who Dumbledore would have killed... my first thought is one of the guys who teased Ariana

when he was young he dueled with his brother, and dumbledore accidentally hit his sister with a curse, and killed her.

So even if I'm wrong about the living Horcrux thing, the intentional murder part is right. He'd have to have killed somebody else, and done it on purpose...
