Okay, but Hazard, you really don't have to be on through the night, that's why we have staff across different time zones

Ray believe me... they are but from 11PM - 5AM nobody is ever online, go back in the player reports and you'll see I've responded to all of them from last night and the night before at times like 2AM - 4AM - 3AM - 1AM 11PM etc etc

Even then I have extremely limited power I can't lock threads I can only tempban and I cannot mute

I know there are lots of times when no one's online, but that doesn't matter. This isn't a professional job where someone is assigned to the night shift, you're allowed to sleep

I mean, if you want to stay online then you can, but you shouldn't feel you have to...

I know it's not a real job but being a global moderator on a server were you have to manage 7-8k players daily including the night which is when nobody is online and the player reports just pile up, me being online is at least making sure hackers are banned right on the time the report is filed. I might not be able to ban them permanently but tempbanning them at least makes sure they can't get on the server.

You do know you can die from sleep deprivation, right, Hazard?

That sounds like the job I have as the cartoonist extra its like falling asleep but you have to finish the last animation for that cutscene
