So there's a "upload a file" button beneath your text box thing (next to the "post comment" or 'post thread" button) and u just click that and choose your screenshot!
If that doesn't work, go on imgur, and upload your pic there, then get the direct link and press the picture icon on top of your text box thing, then u just put the link in and yea! :3
