...So random people can apply? We may know their qualities but that doesn't mean we know their personality :/ We don't know how they act on servers. No offence, but I feel this is going to lead to BrokenLens' downfall

Actually according to Warrior you could always apply for staff, even when she was a trial mod and Aypi was an Admin.

Aypi's rank was lowered she's helper now
