An exoplanet named kepler x orbits its host star at an average distance of r and takes exactly 1 earth day to complete one full orbit. A newly discovered neighboring planet in the same system orbits at an average distance of r.. so how many earth days does it take for this neighboring planet to complete a single orbit? Hint: the answer is already given

omg ew im no orbital mechanics expert but wouldnt the answer be 1 earth day?? something to do kepler’s 3rd law you told me about before. If u mean the second planet has the same orbital distance, then it probably has the same orbital period. how is it 8 days tho 😭
