this is a universal trait. everyone is insecure in some way. once you make that first step, it does get easier. you will eventually build that confidence. otherwise you can always ask your friends, i'm sure they're more than willing to help you out :)

yeah i ask the teacher for help but in the middle of him teaching it to me, theres gonna be part i dont understand, so i ask how to do it again and then this time he gets frustrated, then my classmates start to notice and it gets embarrassing

so i just say "yeah yeah i get it" just to get out of there bc my classmates were noticing it and i didnt like being in that position so i go back to my desk, my teacher thinks i fully understood it but i went back not fully understanding it.

Just know that you're not the only one who is struggling. Most of the time, there are others in the same boat. Honestly, I don't think the teacher is frustrated at you. Teachers are educators for a reason. There is always this misconception from students who think teachers dont like them, but that's far from that. If you feel embarrassed- you can always stay behind and ask for help.

As a high school chemistry teacher, always feel free to ask questions. It actually makes me feel like I’m doing a legitimate job.
