I dont ever EVER want to go through this EVER AGAIN

Ugh It’s sooo annoying especially when you’re trying to sleep, but can’t breathe easily

i am not a health professional but i recommend using a decongestant nasal spray to temporarily relieve your clogged nose. if your country has the brand, SUDAFED, i highly suggest buying that one

i just woke up with dry lips.

and my nose is still clogged
