LMAO why u memorizing lines tho

Because I was persuaded into doing a play and might I add I am shy and haven’t done acting since middle school back when I loved/enjoyed it and yknow thinking back I wonder why I did it on top of college work and a sport

lmfaooo i see i see, idk if this works too for u, but try to like, record your voice reading those lines in a specific tune and just keep hearing that voice record over and over idk it helped me a lot to memorize

Ye director gave me that idea too but I literally cannot stand my voice on recordings… if anything I’ll pop it into Google translate and have it read the lines to me that way xD
I’ve got a good 50% of it memorized I think? Doesn’t help that like 3 of my lines are these large paragraphs. I’ll be alone and doing it and he like yeh I got this… then when we get into it boop mind blank

It doesn’t help that it’s literally so hard for me to keep composure cause I’m playing a wife and my husband is a freaking professor here but ugh xD
