I switched from game bar to obs

Nice. OBS Studio is pog. Bit of a learning curve but very powerful stuff.

Never used it before because hp gpu is bad

That's unfortunate. There are many settings you can adjust in OBS to get better performance within that program like with the type of encoder you are using and stuff. Game bar is also a decent option for clips and recordings although it's up to preference.

Nice. I'm glad that you've been able to get a good graphics card especially given the current market.
