bro? Can you and others move on from the banned ages ago. It’s getting old and he’s not getting unbanned because of the reports. There’s no way to unbanned someone with 4 bans in a 3 month then to Perm banned. Just move on. You’re embarrassing yourself because there's a lot of "Evidence" against him and there’s 0% to unbanned him. It’s impossible. Just enough and be quiet because his case just closed.
