27. & then I saw another person i knew enter & they sat with the first friend in the middle of the classroom I was like "omg this class has like a bunch of my friends in it, this is going to be great!!!" So I was sitting in the back, another was sitting in the front, & the other 2 were in the middle so we weren't sitting together which was not very good.

28. Luckily we didn't have assigned seats so we could sit anywhere we wanted so the friend who was sitting in the front joined the friends in the middle. Then a group of 3 guys just decided to sit in the other 3 open spots at my table in the back and I was like "mmmm I should go sit with my friends instead of these guys, so I went over to their area & sat with them so yay.

29. THen our teacher introduced herself and went over the normal first day of school things & then we listened to a poem which was kind of cringe then we had to answer questions over it like "how did this poem make you feel" "How can you apply this poem to your life" "what stuck out to you in this poem" all that kind of ew stuff. .

30. After that we had this thing to fill out & we filled it out all 4 of us at diff paces since like neither of us knew what to put so we just asked eahother what we all put and copied each other to get it done bc we didn't want to do it for homework.

31. After that we had like the last 20 min of class to just talk & then we saw it was raining outside thrut he window and was like "wait what are we going to do for marching rehearsal if its raining? We're supposed to be outside".

32. THen we got notified that we were spending the first hour of marching band rehearsal inside & soon after the rain stopped, but we legally aren't allowed to go back outside within 30 min of a lightning strike so then we did some more chit chat and then the bell rang and school was out so yay.

33. One of the friends was one of the people I rode with to the senior high for marching rehearsal yesterday so we just stuck together til we found the rest of the guys we drove wit yesterday & we met up, same people as yesterday plus one more person who sat in the back with me & then we rode to the senior high & had to go through the horrriblleee traffic & then we got there & got things situated so yay.

34. We spent like the first hour inside & just reviewed over some things in our marching show & started to add some choreography indoors to some parts of our show which went kind of well

35. then we went outside & we usually rehearse in the empty parking lot in front of the school, but when we got out we saw that parking lot was filled with cars bc there was a volleyball game going on apparently

36. so we had to change our plans & decided to rehearse at the football field which was actually a very good idea since for every performance, we perform marching on the football field so its good practice getting used to marching on the turf rather than the painted concrete so we all walked over to the field & rehearsed there.

wow. quite a story ya got there

37. About like 30 min into rehearsing outside, it began to rain AGAIN so we had to all quickly grab our instruments & case them up so they wouldn't get wet. Well most the flutes didn't bring their cases sooooooooo........ we had to be creative. If a flutes keys get like really wet them it like breaks the flute which is not good

38. So most of us had to put our flutes inside our shirts so that they wouldn't get went. I just disassembled my flute & put the 2 smaller pieces in my 2 pockets & the big piece under my shirt to prevent it from getting wet & it all worked out & no instruments broke & despite the parking lot situation & rain & stuff, we actually got a lot done & were really productive so woo.

39. AFter that we did some indoor review & then packed up & left for home AND I DID NOT FORGET MY BACKPACK AT THE BAND HALL THAT TIME FORTUNATELY!!! So ya then I got home & did my algebra homework & then Shive asked how school went so I told him til midnight

40. Ok there thats how today went, I honestly did not expect it to be this much longer than yesterdays, like i actually thought yesterdays would be longer but ig not. So glad we got the numbers on these for the replies lol anyways it took me over an hour to type all this (didn't feel like an hour) & its midnight so gn/gm

3. Yea can definitely attest to that, reading a seating chart is hard in my personal experience it's hard bc of the left n right of the classroom and the left n right of paper

5/6. Oh boy get it together for algebra 1, like make sure u know ur stuff bc algebra 2 is wayyy more advanced than algebra 1. In algebra 2 I'd gonna learn stuff like more advanced trig (trig functions and their graphs, trig equations and identities maybe, etc.), logarithms, some statistics, matrices, some statistics, polynomials, etc.
