this definition from urbandictionary pretty much sums it up:
1) A run down area of any town or city, Any area with low or non-existent property value. Often refers to a high crime area
2) Anything that is jury rigged, broken in some way, or otherwise of generally poor quality. Refers to the frequency at which poverty-stricken people must improvise to survive on low income.

I call 4th of july ghetto because ppl act up and sometimes you cant tell whether gunshots or fireworks going off outside... yeah

when someone is a "catfish" it means they aren't who they appear to be, they act like somebody completely different from them. Like when your dating someone online and they turn out to be a rlly ugly 20 year old skinny girl instead of the hot 16 year old u thought
