...Dark storm clouds form in the distance over high mountains. I feel lonely, sitting in the gloom of a summer storm, by myself. I have nobody to hold me, nobody to whisper in my ear and tell me everything will be OK, nobody but myself.
I spot a flash of lightning in the distance, and I jump off of my feet. I feel like a dead leaf in the Autumn wind. I keep staring at the horizon, I know I am alone now, but something near me is stirring...
...Someone is watching my every move, and I know who it is. He's been following me everywhere and he's never gonna stop until he hunts me down. I can hear his voice, he's whispering something, like before, but I can't understand him...
...Before I can even tell myself to, I'm running. My legs are moving fast, faster than ever before, and my arms are swinging rapidly. I don't care if anything happens to me before I get back, I just can't let him catch me. I will keep running forever, he will never catch me. He will never hurt me. I will survive."
I got something from the first sentence:
I sit on a hill, the wind blowing through my hair. I stare at the landscape in front of me, I can almost hear the waves lapping over each other.
Without the noise of the town everything is so quiet and I feel much more relaxed.
